Nicole Robinson-Ezekwe serves as a Project Coordinator for the University of North Carolina (UNC) Center for Health Equity Research. She received her MPH in Health Behavior in 2016 from UNC. Nicole has previously earned a B.S. from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in Environmental Science in 2009 and in 2011 earned an M.A. in Geography from the University Maryland, College Park. Her research interests include the built environment’s role in the development, prevention, and management of chronic diseases in minority communities and also applying GIS and spatial analysis methodologies in public health.
